We are seeking an experienced analyst with a passion for data and a knack for making complex concepts understandable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in data analytics and data science projects
  • Develop reports and dashboards as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and changes
  • Investigate and understand data sets for analysis or data science tasks
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for stakeholders
  • Generate presentation materials within specified deadlines
  • Educate users on deriving insights from reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and maintenance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide training on data analysis tools and techniques

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Power BI, R, and Python
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of business processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL

Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate functions, or B2B
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Portfolio of work (GitHub, Public Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Compensation and Location

  • Estimated compensation: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 USD per year
  • Remote – Dallas, TX
  • Includes bonus potential

The compensation range is an estimate and may vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, location, and alignment with market data.
