About the Role: We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with a blend of legal domain knowledge and technology. Your main job will be writing prompts for large language models to improve service to the legal industry. Your unique set of skills will help us build AI solutions that match the intricate needs of the legal field. You will work with the most advanced AI tools globally and push them to their limits. What You'll Be Doing… • Designing, implementing, testing, and refining prompts for language models tailored to the legal industry, ensuring they deliver accurate, legally sound, and contextually appropriate responses • Liaising with legal knowledge engineers and other teams at Sirion to collect requirements • Integrating language models into multi-step systems, assessing their performance, and making necessary adjustments Job Requirements: • Juris Doctor Degree • Understanding of commercial contract law • Sound fundamentals of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • Experience in an R&D role is preferred but not required • At least 2 years of working experience with machine learning models and/or LLMs • Proficiency in Python is a plus Behavioural Competencies: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts • Preference for someone with experience in legal technology or in developing AI solutions for the legal industry At Sirion, we have a devoted and innovative team committed to changing the way businesses create, manage, and measure contracts with SirionOne.
