Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Development and integration of automated test scripts in CI/CD/CT pipelines for both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Enhancing software delivery through continuous testing ensuring high speed, agility, and efficient risk management.
  • Supporting test planning, executing tests, maintaining test automation, monitoring testing outcomes, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Engagement with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and BMO’s strategic testing objectives.
  • Proactive involvement in technology integration and system improvements to boost organizational efficiency.
  • Staying updated with emerging trends to optimize test processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 4+ years in Quality Engineering.
  • Proven expertise in the Banking/Financial industry spanning 4-6 years.
  • Strong skills in test automation design and implementation; knowledge of DevOps and agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, test management tools like Zephyr, X-Ray, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Cloud technologies, particularly Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in Capital Markets or Market Risk domains.
  • Background in Unix/Linux environments and financial data systems.

Compensation and Benefits
