About the Role:

As a QA Manager at Qventus, you will lead a talented group of QA Engineers in designing and developing state-of-the-art automation frameworks and functional testing processes for our innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the design and development of highly efficient testing and verification processes that set industry standards.
  • Collaborate and Strategize: Work cross-functionally to review product requirements and technical design documentation, creating robust testing strategies for new features.
  • Drive Excellence: Champion the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring seamless and high-quality software delivery.
  • Analyze and Improve: Scrutinize test results, troubleshoot issues, and enhance our applications' performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and Grow: Foster a culture of quality and collaboration, working closely with engineers and product managers to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on automation testing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# (Python preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with the US healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Automation Expertise: Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with OpenAI API development/testing.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
