About the Role

Our software products are in high demand among auto dealers, manufacturers, lenders, and API partners. We are currently seeking a Sr Software Engineer to collaborate with a stellar team of developers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker and a proven team player. You will lead in the development of new software products and enhancements to Market Scan's existing offerings. If you excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new software products and enhance existing products.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement quality check procedures.
• Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
• Monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.

Quality Assurance Test Engineer – Data Dev

We are also looking for a QA Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in designing, developing, and operating automated test systems. This role focuses on ensuring that all application changes are fully tested.

Key Responsibilities

• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Document software defects and report them to developers.
• Conduct software compatibility tests with various environments.
• Utilize test management tools and develop automated test scripts.
• Perform problem-solving and root cause analysis when defects occur.

Detailed Work Activities

• Collaborate with the data development team to determine design specifications.
• Create databases for electronic data storage.
• Develop detailed project plans and testing routines.
• Document operational activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical support for software maintenance.
