Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance/Data Analyst

SiloSmashers is on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance/Data Analyst to bring expertise to our team supporting a federal law enforcement client. This role focuses on ensuring top-quality data management and analysis within large-scale database environments and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance/Data Analyst, you will:

• Implement quality control procedures on data relating to various asset programs, generating comprehensive reports for executive leadership concerning over 900k assets.
• Manage bulk data uploads to our asset management systems efficiently to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Operate and maintain complex macro-enabled spreadsheets, testing and verifying to prevent errors prior to system integration.
• Conduct thorough audits, and review and analyze documentation and data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and participate in all facets of quality assurance activities.
• Provide independent assessments of how projects align with established development processes, proposing optimization strategies.
• Support the creation and enforcement of a tailored Quality Assurance Plan that meets project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance/Data Analyst position will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, or over seven years of experience in lieu of the education requirement.
• At least four years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Proficient in data analytics and advanced Excel functionalities, including PivotTables and Macros.
• Familiarity with PowerBI is an advantageous addition.

This role requires an active Top Secret security clearance due to the sensitive nature of the work involved.
