The Data Contributor Services organization is a team of Operations Consultants tasked with the intake and quality of all data within the USIS business unit of Equifax. They also act as the relationship manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data providers across various data domains. As a Data Quality Analyst in this organization, the ideal candidate should be ready to create and manage quality and accuracy processes and KPI’s, oversee the quality of ingestion of billions of rows of data each month, and act as the primary contact for certifications and validations around data changes. The candidate would monitor, research and respond to data provider activity including credit reporting submissions, inquiries/questions, and audits. They should be adept at analyzing large datasets, have a knack for technology, and a good understanding of FCRA regulations and Metro 2 reporting guidelines. They should also thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment and seek opportunities to develop both professionally and technically. What you'll do: - Collaborate with D&A, product, and technology departments to define, implement, and monitor data quality metrics. - Be the expert and responsible point person for ensuring data quality and accuracy is monitored and maintained across consumer reporting. - Participate in special projects involving data remediation, correction, validation, and updates. - Own certification of all changes related to data and provider reporting. What experience you need: - A bachelor’s degree (preferably in the field of Technology and/or Data Analytics). - At least 5-7 years of related Data Quality and/or Data Analysis experience. - At least 4 years of Project management experience and looker or Tableau application experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite/Google Suite. - Comprehensive understanding of enterprise applications and those used by the team. - A high-performance track record. - Strong analytical thinking skills.
