Your Role

In this role, you will manage value-based programs, oversee the collection and dissemination of quality-related company data, and implement quality improvement initiatives. You will work with data architecture and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operation of quality reporting solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying opportunities to capture all Quality Measures through data monitoring and analysis
• Building robust quality dashboards and reports that meet user needs
• Developing and organizing standard work documentation related to quality data
• Providing education and training to a wide variety of staff
• Monitoring and reporting global quality metrics continuously
• Adhering to business guidelines for handling confidential data

Requirements

The essential requirements for this job include:

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Information Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of successful experience in data management, analytics, and report generation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate to expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Oracle (or similar ERP system), CRM, PLM, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
