Job Opportunity: Lead Quantitative Analytics

Location: 3223 Hanover Street, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead all phases of data analytics and product analytics life cycle. The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and drive the BI/Data Analytics strategy.
  • Build and structure teams of high-performing data analysts and scientists.
  • Create and execute analytics and product roadmaps aligning with strategic goals.
  • Formulate insightful business relationships with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
  • Perform systems analysis translating results into business insights.
  • Design and report on enterprise A/B or multi-variate experiments.
  • Engage and implement a robust BI roadmap, including data architecture and governance.
  • Develop AI/ML models for business solutions enhancing revenue and reducing cost.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Omniture Site Catalyst, and SQL Assistant.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis using Excel, SQL, Python, and R.
  • Extensive experience in analytics roadmap development and large data manipulation.
  • Skilled in T-test, data warehousing, machine learning, and AI algorithms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis and team management.
  • Experience with automation, Waterfall methodology, and SDLC.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis, KPI development, and clickstream analytics.

Requires 5 years of experience with:

  • Amplitude, Looker dashboards, and SQL Workbench.
  • Product Management Roadmap and contextual multi-arm bandit experimentation.
  • Data management complying with ISO 8583.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $300,000 per year.
