This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive data analysis solutions and support across various divisions, ensuring top-tier service delivery to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Data Analyst will:

  • Drive best-in-class data management practices to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with functional areas across the enterprise to enhance product data utilization.
  • Coordinate with the IT and marketing departments to support and improve system integration and product data enrichment.
  • Engage in the development, deployment, and maintenance of BI tools and reports, focusing on actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Handle data governance activities, ensuring accurate workflow designs and system integrations that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and participate in training initiatives to elevate competencies in data management and analytics across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Have legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in data management, customer service, marketing, or R&D.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and database technologies such as Access or other enterprise systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and report-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Over 3 years of product management experience.
  • Expertise in developing tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Experience with systems such as Netezza, Oracle EBS, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with MDM software and BI reporting tools like Tableau or Business Objects.
