Job Description

Support transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain.

Provide insights on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on generated reports and dashboards.

Oversee the end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes.

Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Possess strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI along with basic knowledge of SQL. Preparation and presentation of operations reports.

Good understanding of back-office operations (specifically IT operations) would be a considerable advantage.

Ensure all deliverables are provided within the stipulated timelines.

Manage IT hardware asset portfolio concerning risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives.

Lead a team of IT Asset Analysts.

Participate in IT/Infosec audit related activities which should comply with audit standards.

Knowledge of Pivot Table, Slicers, Chart, Text column & Lookups, Logical functions, V&H Lookup functions, IF Statements, Nested If statement, Date Formula, Index, Match, String Function.
