About the Role

We seek a Regional Data Analyst Europe to play a key role in operationalizing our European data strategy. This position focuses on enhancing data quality, improving various data capabilities across the region, and supporting local data initiatives in both large and smaller Operational Companies (OpCos).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive data quality and harmonization by assisting OpCos in cleaning and harmonizing data, and identifying gaps.
• Deliver critical Data Management priorities.
• Monitor key achievements in regional data management and support the definition of best practice blueprints.
• Contribute to global projects as a regional expert if needed.
• Communicate effectively with local and global data teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced data and business analyst professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of data management experience at HEINEKEN or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a highly structured approach.
• Good project coordination skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality project outcomes on time.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to see the big picture, prioritize tasks, and develop realistic plans.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Professionalism, customer service orientation, and attention to detail and quality are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak up and resolve ambiguity.
