About the Position: Reinsurance Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reinsurance settlement statements for all customers
• Review and analyze reinsurance contracts thoroughly
• Reconcile underlying accounting records and ensure accurate transactions
• Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies with external third-party teams
• Response promptly to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
• Automate and enhance reporting systems for stakeholders

About You:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in a data-intensive role within the insurance industry
• Experience in reconciling policy and claims data is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
• Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
