Your Role:
As a Reliability Engineer / Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality and reliability of our products. Based in Winterthur, this full-time position offers a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Handle life and usage analysis to pinpoint trends and patterns in equipment failure, helping us improve product longevity and efficiency.
- Reliability Metrics: Set and develop reliability targets, and coordinate failure analysis efforts to meet these figures.
- Consulting: Offer expert advice on data and reliability targeting across various teams.
- Standards and Guidelines: Establish and create engineering standards and data quality best practices.
- Knowledge Management: Efficiently manage field and test experience knowledge databases.
- Product Maintenance & Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and maintain the high quality of products.
- Data Quality: Conduct data quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability of the data used.
- Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and other departments to enhance product quality and system uptime.
- Support: Provide crucial support to reliability and focus groups within the company.
- Educational Background: A Master’s or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Statistics, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven expertise in Data Analysis or Reliability Engineering, proficient in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience: Knowledge of rotating equipment and related processes would be advantageous.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
