Job Description

A Renewal Desk Data Analyst cooperates with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executives to collect, organize, and analyze renewal data and create system-derived proposals with requested details. This is conducted in our Saleforce.com environment and Excel tools.

  • Analyze and reflect on renewal opportunities and account history, gather product details, quantities, purchase prices, contract renewal prices, partner details/calculations, and contract document review
  • Function in a team environment to ensure task(s) completion within given deadlines for an assigned region, and in support of a specific Geography(s)
  • Test enhancements to the Salesforce system in conjunction with Business Systems
  • Coordinate meetings with internal resources to discuss findings
  • Complete additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 1+ years of Mathematical or Accounting Skills
  • Must be located in Denver, CO

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace software products
  • Understanding of licensing and product pricing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Proven ability to manage and function effectively with multiple priorities in a critical environment.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and result-driven
  • Strong organizational skills, including meticulous record-keeping, excellent independent follow-through, and high accuracy level
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility in a team setting
  • Ability to generate creative solutions if needed, leveraging first principles.
  • Ability to understand and breakdown given answers to produce accurate results and enhance your problem-solving capabilities
  • Quick learner of new concepts and effective at learning new software as required
