About the Role: Reporting & Data Analyst, People & Culture

Reporting to the People Systems and Projects Manager, the Reporting and Data Analyst will enhance the data reporting and analytical capabilities within the People & Culture Division. This role supports enhanced decision-making processes by providing insightful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Reporting & Data Analyst, you will:

• Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including data interpretation and insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify data discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Offer recommendations to assist the team in crucial decision-making.
• Create Manager Dashboards.
• Analyse, design, and improve data reporting processes.
• Enhance data integrity through improved processes.
• Implement automated analytics and reporting.
• Recommend alternate systems or interfaces after current systems analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in a Reporting/Data Analyst role, preferably within a P&C environment.
• Strong HRIS and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Advanced skills in Excel (macros experience desirable).
• Skills in Power BI or a similar reporting/analytics system.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong curiosity and eagerness to expand your skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and/or Python.
• Experience in writing scripts/automation.
