About the Role

CACI is actively seeking a Reporting Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our IPPS-A Army Military Pay (AMP) program in Crystal City, VA. This role is crucial for developing intuitive BI solutions and reports, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency within the Army's global pay system.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Design and develop user-centric BI reports in close collaboration with senior Army Global Pay leadership.
  • Analyze data requirements from functional and technical experts to ensure accuracy in BI deliverables.
  • Utilize ERP systems like PeopleSoft to identify and bridge data gaps.
  • Create and maintain essential documentation including test plans, business workflows, and data requirements.
  • Implement complex system configurations and complete full-spectrum BI development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in related fields with at least 5 years in BI report construction.
  • Proficiency in web applications retrieving data through Qlik mashable APIs.
  • Experience in developing data visualizations and reports.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Angular technologies and secure authentication methods.
  • Active or interim DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • UI/UX design experience.
  • Current SAFe Agilist certification and active DoD Secret Clearance.
