Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to collect high-quality data from human raters and monitor the adherence to set standards.
• Leverage the collected data to boost AI model quality through supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Run detailed evaluations to measure model enhancements, establish vital metrics, and analyze test data intensively.
• Decipher complex model quality interactions related to truthfulness, style, modality, and safety.
• Communicate with external collaborators and sustain relationships with premier research entities.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with training Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• A strong interest and experience in data-driven quality improvements.
