About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data Manager with an eye for detail, a passion for maintaining high-quality data standards, and proficiency in handling large data sets. This role involves an individual contributor internship focusing on data governance and optimizing processes to maintain data integrity. You will collaborate across various teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure data quality and streamline governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of data quality, performing data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Streamlining data collection and aggregation processes.
  • Collaborating with teams to leverage data in driving business insights.
  • Working with external vendors to standardize and validate data.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for internal processes and best practices.
  • Enhancing and documenting marketing automation processes to scale execution and improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations or roles involving extensive data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language for data analysis such as Python or R.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a thoughtful consideration of the implications of data modifications.
  • Excellent resilience and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for diving into complex marketing technologies and data utilization.
