Introduction

Are you ready to make a significant impact at Informa? As a Reward Data Manager/Senior Reward Partner, you'll work closely with the Head of Reward to enhance and support our comprehensive reward programs. This role is perfect for someone who is analytic, energetic, and passionately committed to delivering innovative data-driven reward solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support the development of strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
• Assist in the management and execution of key reward programs including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and total reward statements.
• Provide data analytics to support business decisions and maintain competitive compensation practices across all markets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of reward strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to the governance and efficiency of all reward processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience in managing reward systems.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a regulated PLC environment and knowledge of WTW methodology are advantageous.
• Relevant degree or a qualification such as CIPD, or equivalent analytical experience.
