Job Description Job Summary: The Sales Architect is accountable for collaborating with customers, prospects, and in-house technical resources to deliver workflow solutions. This role involves visiting prospects to identify workflow challenges, guiding the sales team in proposing the most effective solution, and influencing the prospect's requirements. The Sales Architect also collaborates with our infrastructure team on all windows-based applications and creates design architecture guides for system architects. This role can be performed remotely from any location in the continental United States. Duties/Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers and prospects to design workflows that meet their needs using existing software functionality. - Engage with the customer to verify that our software, configuration, and workflow design fulfil the customer's needs. - Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the client's overall workflows. - Create internal training materials and architecture guides. - Contribute to the architectural design of our internally hosted windows-based client systems. - Participate in integrating new SQL based applications into existing SQL based applications. - Proactively guide and train training resources with the latest knowledge on features and workflows. - Offer workflow expertise for internal support teams through training, troubleshooting expertise, and liaison with specialist teams at headquarters as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. - 7+ years of experience in delivering workflow solutions. - Prior experience in a customer-facing role with proven ability to gather complex customer requirements. - Strong technical aptitude, quick learning ability, and understanding of clinical radiology workflow. - Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and planning skills. - Top-notch teamwork skills and the capacity to build and maintain internal and external relationships. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Superb communication, influencing, and presentation skills. - Proven experience in defining and launching multiple products. - This role requires extensive travel, mainly in North America. - Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL and Windows server.
