Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Controller, you'll be instrumental in:

• Proactively analyzing data to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Continuously enhancing our reporting foundation in close cooperation with the Corporate BI team.
• Developing, analyzing, and managing databases and business intelligence tools.
• Assisting in business case development.
• Preparing strategic presentations for top management.
• Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in business processes.
• Supporting sales and marketing activities with innovative processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• Substantial experience in Business Controlling or Data Science within an international corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to manage complex business data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Office (especially MS Access), internal DWH tools, and preferably Salesforce.com and Power BI.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
