About the Position:

As retailers and brands increasingly invest in customer insights, promotion personalization, and retail media, NIQ Activate introduces a holistic customer-centric AI solution. This solution enables retailers to manage their loyalty data and optimize activities, effectively bridging the gap between retailers, suppliers, and customers.

The Sales Coordinator will manage the Activate commercial sales and analytics teams, striving to make the Activate portfolio the industry standard through a solid understanding of retail loyalty. This role requires driving awareness, business development, project execution, and ongoing engagement, enhancing the value proposition to retailer and supplier clients.

This leader will play a critical role in the development and execution of partnership plans to achieve joint NIQ and retailer client objectives—ranging from lead generation to contract closing and ongoing monetization of retailer data. The leader will also gain hands-on experience across product, marketing, and sales activities, evolving with the company’s scale and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and sales activities of Activate, presenting relevant use cases across personas and demonstrating the value and ROI of the Activate portfolio to various retailers.
  • Ownership of all pitches and proposals, ensuring a best-in-class approach across functions.
  • Manage and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with partners to deliver sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and new products/services.
  • Maximize client reach and penetration in terms of Activate awareness, proposals, active client users, and revenue.
  • Execute client activation strategies, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities, qualifying leads, and initiating sales processes.
  • Identify client-specific needs and offer appropriate product solutions.
  • Customize product presentations and marketing collateral to better fit customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Consultative experience within a B2B organization.
  • Self-starter with superb communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to effectively interact with C-level executives.
  • Data-driven approach, building scalable processes and measuring success.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
