Your Impact as a Senior Sales Director

As a decisive and proactive Senior Sales Director focusing on our Disability Product offerings, you will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to solution implementation and relationship management in both the US and Canadian markets. Your expertise will drive new client acquisitions and maintain fruitful client relationships, contributing directly to our rapid business growth.

About You:

You are a seasoned sales executive with over 10 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally within the worker's compensation insurance space. Your strong analytical abilities and strategic vision help in crafting long-term account plans that secure substantial business outcomes. Your natural curiosity and resilience make you a perfect fit for a startup culture that values straightforward, outcome-focused communication. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and manage a large volume of sales engagements throughout the complex SaaS sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships by engaging enterprise clients through strategic insights and business solutions.
  • Energetically represent EvolutionIQ at various industry events and conferences.
  • Leverage our CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales progress effectively.
  • Provide feedback to our product management teams to help shape the future direction of our product offerings.
