FullStory, a leader in behavioral data analytics, is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer, Data Specialist to enhance our Solution Engineering team. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely anywhere within the United States and is geared towards professionals eager to drive the integration of cutting-edge behavioral data into various data warehouse solutions.
About the Role
As a Solution Engineering Data Specialist, you will play a crucial dual role. Under the guidance of the Solution Engineering Specialists Manager, you will engage both prospects and existing customers to facilitate the integration of FullStory data into their respective data warehouses. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Understanding client data requirements and executing data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Creating data models and dashboards to support customer activities across product management, engineering, performance metrics, and marketing.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and visualizations to assist in demonstrating FullStory’s Behavioral Data Warehouse Sync capabilities.
- Collaborating with Sales Engineers to develop technical presentations and demonstrations that capitalize on FullStory’s unique behavioral dataset.
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data used by the Sales Engineering team.
- Establishing and maintaining data governance policies and supporting the Sales team through training and support on data tools and best practices.
What We Look For
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in:
- Data ingestion, transformation, and modeling
- Working in Sales Engineering, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Utilizing SQL, Python, LookML, and other programming languages
- Employing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Operating within cloud computing platforms such as Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
