We are seeking a full-time, completely remote, Business Development Manager with a history of B2B service sales for the US/UK market. Your responsibility will be to manage and implement all sales activities, including setting up the sales funnel, qualifying leads, engaging with and guiding leads through the funnel, preparing and delivering pitches, and submitting proposals.

We have a flexible remote work policy in India. Whether you wish to work from the beautiful beaches of Goa or your ancestral village, we are fine with it as long as you have a stable internet connection and power supply.

The Sales and Business Development Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders such as the CEO and Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to finalising the deal
  • Perform detailed research, send hyper-personalized targeted emails, effectively engage on LinkedIn, and deliver persuasive presentations to attract the attention of the target organizations' leadership
  • Consistently cultivate leads and establish a network of high-level executives
  • Acquire deep business knowledge to effectively address prospect worries
  • Closely work with several stakeholders - CEO, Marketing, Analytics, etc. to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of Business Development and Sales functions.

Qualification Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or in a related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of B2B international sales experience, ideally with startup experience
  • A proactive, results-driven leader with an ability to identify engagement opportunities with prospects.
  • A strong analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong social presence, specifically on LinkedIn
  • An innovative approach to establishing and cultivating trust-based relationships through original methods
  • Highly organized in their business development approach.
  • Ready to be hands-on and execute strategies efficiently.
  • Adept at strategic thinking, demonstrates patience, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.


This role requires obligatory overlap hours with teams in the U.S. from - 8 am - 12 pm PST
