About the Position

Located in Wroclaw, Poland, this role offers the chance to contribute significantly by providing detailed analytics and insights that enhance our commercial and marketing strategies. As a Sales Operations & BI Analyst, you will analyze data, track sales performance, administer sales incentive programs, and manage CRM systems. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations & BI Manager, this role focuses on supporting our UKINOR cluster, driving impactful decisions across our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Identify trends and opportunities through detailed sales data analysis, and generate essential reports on key performance indicators.

Sales Performance Analytics: Evaluate sales strategies, track team and individual performance, and recommend improvements.

Sales Incentive Programs: Oversee and analyze sales incentive programs, making adjustments based on data-driven insights.

Sales Targeting & Forecasting: Collaborate for precise sales forecasting using market trends and historical data, ensuring alignment with actual sales.

CRM Management: Manage and train teams on CRM system usage, customizing tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting or in roles focused on Commercial Strategy, Marketing, and Sales.
• A strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs.
• Fluency in English and proficient in Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
