Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage analytical skills to scrutinize sales data, identifying crucial trends and opportunities that aid in strategic decision-making. Generate insightful reports focusing on key performance indicators to assist sales teams and management.

Sales Performance Analytics: Monitor and evaluate both individual and team sales performance. Assess the efficacy of sales strategies and propose necessary adjustments to amplify overall success.

Sales Incentive Programs: Administer, track, and analyze the impact of sales incentive programs, recommending tweaks to enhance their effectiveness based on performance data.

Sales Targeting & Forecasting: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure data accuracy and validity in sales forecasting. Utilize historical data along with market trends to project realistic sales outcomes.

CRM Management: Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity. Offer training and support to the sales teams while customizing CRM tools to meet evolving sales needs.

Requirements for Success

To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of three years’ experience in business consulting or in developing commercial strategies within marketing and sales arenas. An understanding of sales processes and KPIs along with fluency in both English and Spanish are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM systems and strong analytical capabilities will set you apart.
