About the position

We are looking for a Sales Project Consultant to join our CPS (Consumer Panel Services) team, a division of NielsenIQ specializing in understanding household consumption habits. With dedicated teams and global coverage, we help retailers, manufacturers and suppliers to improve ROI and business strategies, based on insights and opportunities. All of this through the various solutions we have available, such as consumption habits measurement and monitoring tools, identification of consumer target profiles, understanding of purchase missions, coexistence analysis between channels, products and categories, among others.

As a Sales Project Consultant your main goal will be to act as a specialist in CPS solutions, leading deep discussions with customers. In this position, the professional will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, directing the scope of projects, as well as creating and negotiating commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for the portfolio solutions in the area of Consumer Panel Services.
  • Presentation of the solution methodology to customers and project scope guidance (briefing detail), also managing a portfolio of accounts and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Control and management of the sales pipeline, ensuring healthiness to achieve monthly targets.
  • Design commercial campaigns, Go-to-Market plan and approach to new solutions focused on boosting new sales.
  • Support in creating content or adjusting global contents (power page, articles, webinar) for disclosure on digital platforms focused on activating stakeholders.
  • Participation in sales strategy projects, new products and benchmarks of best practices and NielsenIQ projects, adapting to the reality of the Brazilian market pricing dynamics.
  • Participation in internal/external projects as a expert in consumer understanding, providing strategy recommendations and following the presentation of results.
  • Support in managing team members focused on development, seeking a high-performance team.
  • Reporting to the Solution Leader in Brazil, is also responsible for strategic planning at a business level, reporting vertical performance to the local and regional area leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations or Economics
  • Experience in Consultative/Analytical Sales and well-developed commercial skills (presentation/negotiation/communication)
  • Strong numerical analytical skill
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market in consumer understanding
  • Desirable experience with Home Panel (CPS)
  • Advanced English
  • Desirable Intermediate Spanish
