We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Google Cloud team. You will play a pivotal role in empowering leading companies, educational institutions, and government agencies through innovative Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. This position focuses on delivering outstanding solutions and driving digital transformation using Google Cloud Platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, full-cycle, and goal-carrying sales roles.
  • Ability to explain complex technical principles using a consultative approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of exceeding strategic goals within the technology sector, particularly with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Data Analytics technologies such as Hadoop/Spark Data Lakes, SQL Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, Data Governance, Business Intelligence Solutions like BigQuery and Looker, Predictive Analytics, OLAP, and Data Science Frameworks.
  • Exceptional ability to translate business insights into technology solutions at an executive level and serve as a thought leader in data analytics.

About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist, you will develop and implement the Data Analytics business strategy with a keen focus on customers with potential data analytics needs on Google Cloud Platform. You'll advocate the transformative potential of our products to enhance organizational efficiency, collaboration, and mobility. Your ultimate goal is to align closely with customer needs and deliver the optimal solutions for their innovation journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business processes, conduct web-based product demonstrations, oversee account management, generate goals, facilitate agreements, and resolve business issues.
  • Prioritize an excellent customer experience while working towards goals.
  • Support prospective and existing customers through video conferencing to identify, qualify, and resolve opportunities.
