About the Role

As a vital member of the Rhombus Advisory team, your primary focus will be maintaining and improving the Salesforce Service Cloud, Tableau, and Community Cloud portal. This role is perfect for those who thrive on managing user support, training, and designing solutions that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping our Salesforce platform updated and ensuring ease of use for all users.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions.
• Handling support tickets, implementing configuration changes, and updating the platform.
• Developing API integrations and transforming data across formats like XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Agile development.
• Spearheading production deployments, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Delivering analytics and reports that drive business insights.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you should have:

• Salesforce certifications (SFDC Certified Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator).
• Profound experience in Salesforce Development (Force.com, Service Cloud, Community exploring various integration options Cloud).
• Adept in programming languages including Apex, Java, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with source control (Bitbucket, GitHub), Salesforce data management tools (Workbench, DataLoader.IO), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in communication, team collaboration, user support, and data management.

Desirable Traits

While not mandatory, the following would enhance your candidacy:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Advanced reporting and data visualization skills (Excel, SQL Server, Tableau).
• Understanding of Data Warehousing.
• Tertiary IT qualifications or relevant industry certifications.

About the Business

This position is a new opportunity within Rhombus Advisory, soon to be a standalone entity following its spin-off from Insignia Financial (IFL) around July 2024. The successful candidate will transition their employment to Rhombus Advisory post-transfer, with all necessary documentation provided.
