Job Title: Salesforce Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis:

• Report Development:
  • Design, develop, and sustain advanced reports and dashboards using Salesforce’s array of reporting tools.

• Requirements Gathering:
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to capture their reporting requirements and objectives.
  • Efficaciously transform business needs into technical specifications for bespoke report development.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor critical performance indicators within Salesforce to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Spot areas for improvement or enhancement opportunities.
• Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to preserve the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce.
  • Employ data quality best practices to keep the database clean and reliable.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide essential training and support to Salesforce users on how to effectively generate, interpret, and utilize reports.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce features and enhancements related to reporting and analytics.
  • Proactively scout for opportunities to refine reporting processes and boost efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data sets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across various departments.
• A meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and integrity.
• Education: College Degree, preferably with an Associate in a Computer Science-related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in developing reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
