Position Overview: Salesforce Marketing Cloud HTML Engineer (Remote)

Our ECS CRM team is on the lookout for a motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)/HTML Developer/Lead Engineer. This role is perfect for those who are organized, driven, and uphold a customer-first approach. Join us to play a pivotal role in designing and deploying sophisticated cross-channel customer journeys and data-driven creative messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute large-scale digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines.
• Create, test, and launch high-complexity email campaigns incorporating dynamic content and segmentation strategies.
• Perform QA checks and coordinate UAT to guarantee flawless campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign outcomes to drive improvements based on core metrics and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HTML/CSS across multiple platforms and devices.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 3 years working with email development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and 5 years in creative development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, SSJS or JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Ability to work with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and marketing automation technologies is preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Email Specialist Certification is a plus.
