Key Responsibilities

As an AI Decision Science Consultant, you will:

• Support consulting project delivery for global clients, focusing on strategy, implementation, process design, and change management.
• Contribute as a team member or individual on projects spanning Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Visualization, and more.
• Develop tools, methodologies, and points-of-view for the team and larger community.
• Enhance your skills across industry groups and gain expertise in Pharma data sets.
• Conduct presentations to clients on functional domain aspects where required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
• Over 2 years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with Pharma data sets like commercial, clinical, RWE, and EMR.
• Experience with statistical modeling/machine learning techniques, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, SQL, Spark.
• Competency with large data sets and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, or Spotfire.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
