Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Responsible AI Manager, you will:

• Consult with clients on designing and developing user-centered AI systems that meet robust ethical standards.
• Contribute to research and development of frameworks for scalable Responsible AI implementation.
• Evaluate and implement technical best practices for fairness, explainability, transparency, and accountability in AI.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and deliver AI solutions that align with their goals.
• Provide thought leadership through publications and public engagements on Responsible AI topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related disciplines from premier institutions.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science/analytics with a strong focus on solving complex business problems.
• At least 3 years of experience in enhancing AI systems with principles like explainability, fairness, and accountability.
• Proficiency in techniques such as data bias testing, explainability measures, and model validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills

• Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with tools like AWS SageMaker Clarify, Azure Responsible ML, Fairlearn SDK, GCP AI Explanations
• Experience in Chatbot Analytics, Web Crawling, MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, and risk remediation
