What We’re Looking For

We seek experienced, motivated individuals to join our Responsible AI Centre of Excellence (COE). Our team is committed to building trustworthy and responsible AI products/solutions/services. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background in data science/analytics, quick learning capabilities, and passion for understanding AI’s societal impact.

Responsibilities

As a Responsible AI expert, you will:

• Consult with clients to design & develop reliable, user-centered AI systems that adhere to best practices and address responsibility considerations unique to AI & machine learning.
• Contribute to research on holistic AI system design, incorporating fairness, interpretability, privacy, security, safety, and robustness by design.
• Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools for scalable Responsible AI implementation in enterprises.
• Conduct research on Responsible AI policies, principals, issues, risk identification, risk remediation, and regulatory requirements.
• Transform client business issues and competitive constraints into actionable plans for Responsible AI Framework implementation.
• Provide leadership by publishing on Responsible AI products and developments.
• Lead a diverse and highly qualified Responsible AI team.

Preferred Skillset

Education:

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related disciplines from Premier Colleges in India or abroad, specializing in Data Science.

Must Have:

• 3-10 years of hands-on data science experience solving complex business problems.
• At least 1 year of experience enhancing AI systems aligned with Responsible AI principles like Explainability, Fairness, and Accountability.
• Passion for understanding AI’s impact on people and society.
• Experience in techniques such as data bias testing, explainability (e.g., SHAP values, LIME), and model sensitivity testing.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent time management and self-motivation skills for managing multiple projects.

Good to Have:

• Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, and risk remediation.
