Job Title: SAP Master Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated SAP Master Data Analyst to manage and safeguard our SAP data records. This role involves creating, validating, and maintaining the integrity of organizational data in compliance with data governance standards. You'll drive improvements in master data management (MDM) practices, ensuring data accuracy and streamlining workflow processes.

Responsibilities:

• Guide MDM data extraction and reporting, including GUI table access review.
• Develop and maintain workflows for efficient data reporting and process facilitation.
• Generate comprehensive documentation for MDM Fiori Tiles and request templates to enhance consistency and accessibility.
• Document MDM scenarios and establish RACI matrices to delineate clear roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously review and improve MDM processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP MDM.
• Proficiency with SAP, particularly modules related to master data management.
• Experience in data integration, quality management, cleansing processes, and governance.
• Strong documentation skills for data processes and workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Effective at managing change within fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Winshuttle is advantageous.
