SAP Master Data Manager Opportunity - Join Scandinavian Tobacco Group

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for an SAP Master Data Manager to join our Finance team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group. As an MDM Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and solutions, ensuring accurate, consistent, and trusted master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing SAP master data solutions, including SAP Master Data Governance workflow, within our SAP implementation project
• Driving MDM data migration and integration efforts with SAP and non-SAP source systems
• Establishing cross-functional forums to align data design and changes post-SAP go-live
• Managing the MDM center of excellence and providing guidance on best practices
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global teams to drive MDM initiatives
• Developing training materials and conducting MDM training sessions
• Monitoring MDM performance, data quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement
• Staying updated on MDM trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading SAP Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and implementing SAP MDG
• Expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions, data governance frameworks, and data migration strategies
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality practices, and data integration techniques
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management initiatives
• Experience with SAP tools and technologies (e.g., SAP MDG)
• Familiarity with relevant data management standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
