Join Bloom World Academy as an Experienced Academic Data Manager

Bloom World Academy is seeking a skilled Academic Data Manager to enhance our team. The selected candidate will oversee the comprehensive management of pupil data and perform whole school data analysis using our MIS management system. Data analysis will span across key stages, adhering to both school-specific and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed configurations of the MIS System and Integrations
• Collaborate with school and corporate IT departments to provide top-notch IT support and document system changes
• Assist in developing applications and tools such as databases, macros, and templates to streamline school workflows and processes
• Monitor and coordinate iSAMs training requests for existing staff and new hires
• Ensure timely follow-up for vendor payments related to MIS and associated application systems
• Assist in enforcing operational application standards, documentation, and procedures
• Provide timetable support through software like ASC and iSAMS
• Analyze and generate termly reports or assessment data for teachers using tools like PowerBi in a user-friendly format
• Offer regular census and attendance data to administrative staff as needed
• Support the integration of various technical and school-related LMS/SMS platforms such as MSP, Toddle, and Managebac

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an MIS/Application/ERP Support environment
• Experience in the Education industry
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff in a diverse, multicultural environment
