Job Information

JPMorgan Securities Services is reimagining how we create, manage, and distribute essential data to maintain and grow our competitive advantage. We are seeking a ‘data curious’ individual to develop and implement data strategies for the CLM organization. This multi-year initiative aims to close product gaps, enhance client experiences, strengthen internal controls, and adapt quickly to industry-wide digital transformations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management and operations leads to identify and explore cash and liquidity management data product requirements.
  • Establish oversight procedures for CLM data standardization and distribution, managing the business's data dictionary.
  • Collaborate with technology experts to drive execution of CLM data adoption and visualization programs, including integration with JPMorgan’s Fusion data platform.
  • Coordinate user testing and rollout of new CLM data products, handling feedback and implementing enhancements based on priorities.
  • Organize effective working group meetings across Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver key services and tools.
  • Contribute to the broader Securities Services data strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting ideas to senior management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in a Product Management or Product Development environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and achieve key milestones.
  • Experience progressing initiatives in a matrixed organizational model and guiding product enhancements through development, testing, and release management.
  • Skilled in working with large volumes of data and converting it into a reportable format with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and influence management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas succinctly.
  • Independent contributor, comfortable working in a self-directed environment on multiple assignments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Expertise in Cash, Liquidity Management, and Core Custody Products is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management or as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in leading design workshops and brainstorming sessions, with public speaking skills.
