About the Role

As a Senior AI Scientist, you will be part of our dynamic Advanced NLP team within the Data Transformation, Automation, and AI division. You will leverage groundbreaking machine learning techniques to transform unstructured patient data, social media, and scientific literature into actionable insights, directly impacting pharmaceutical and MedTech innovation and care delivery.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative GenAI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Lead the design, prototype, and launch of AI-driven applications, validating their potential from concept through to production.
• Engage in cutting-edge research, applying advanced LLMs to tackle complex, real-world challenges.
• Guide the technical development of LLM products and ensure their effectiveness and accuracy prior to client delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and explore new opportunities to enhance client solutions.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing on best practices and technological advancements.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Extensive experience with AI libraries such as HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• A strong background in applied research and the ability to develop prototypes using frameworks like LangChain.
• Solid communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling large, real-world datasets and a keen insight into software engineering best practices.
