About Your Role as a Senior AI/ML Engineer

In this pivotal role, your focus will be enhancing our machine learning framework as part of a dynamic data team. You'll develop robust ML models essential for our projects, collaborating closely with professionals across fields like DevSecOps, Product Development, and Data Science.

What We Expect from You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in ML model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch.
• Capabilities in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong software engineering background with experience in Apache Spark and ML pipelines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to communicate.
• Scrum/Agile and DevOps environment familiarity.
• A requirement to secure Security+ certification within the initial 90 days of employment.

Highly Preferred Skills

• Experience with geospatial and sensor data related to unmanned systems technologies.
• Expertise in deploying and tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub repositories.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container orchestration systems.

Security Clearance

Candidates must have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
