Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI components that enhance user experience and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with experts across clinical, UX, IT, and product management domains to refine and realize AI solutions.
• Apply advanced ML techniques to improve decision-making and patient management.
• Ensure rigor in development processes and compliance with regulatory standards for safety and effectiveness.
• Communicate complex AI/ML insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI software development and operational standards.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with significant professional experience in AI/ML.
• Proven expertise in deploying machine learning technology in healthcare environments.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects successfully.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud infrastructure and various software development tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data and sensitivity to the nuances of clinical workflows.
