As the Senior Analyst – Data Strategy – P&I at Roundel, you would be responsible for overseeing the team's data needs and formulating and executing a roadmap to enhance data capabilities that conform to the P&I team's evolving needs. Your role would be the data steward for the P&I team, responsible for scaling the data function via new products and services. You'll ensure that data across products complies with the highest standards of accuracy. This role requires your familiarity with and expertise in working in a data analytic/data-centric business environment with a strong foundation in data strategy. Key Responsibilities: Your tasks will include acting as a Data custodian for the P&I team to build and maintain datasets for reporting, insights, custom analytics and visualization. Your role will also involve improving data quality and reliability by developing procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of data. This could be done by performing data analysis or by collaborating with the product team to enhance data collection and storage procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the data accuracy from different sources in the analyst products. Other tasks include data visualization through creating and maintaining multiple business health dashboards, and identifying new data sets that can be integrated into existing reporting platforms to enrich our reporting & insights. About You: You should ideally have 5-7 years of working experience in data handling & processing large data, cleaning and preparing data and conducting exploratory analysis with a strong foundation in data strategy. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering is expected. You should have strong hands-on programming skills in Python, SQL, Hadoop/Hive, with Spark and Scala being desirable but not mandatory skills. You should also have proven hands-on experience developing metrics/scorecards, dashboards, and reports using Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques would be beneficial. A background in Ad-tech or Retail Media Network Experience would be desirable but not mandatory. Your oral and written communication skills should be excellent, and you should have experience using data to explain or solve complex business problems and influence the creation of new systematic and operational processes.
