About the Role

The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization at Raytheon ensures our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. This organization supports engineering, program offices, and customers throughout the product lifecycle—from conception to deactivation.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Analyst, Engineering Services, Senior Data Manager, you will:

  • Identify and manage data deliverables per contract requirements.
  • Use the Product Data Management (PDM) system to track data.
  • Collaborate with Program Office to identify data preparers.
  • Ensure data compliance, approval, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Review sub-tier contractor requirements and build data tracks.
  • Approve and manage supplier data submissions.
  • Secure non-deliverable program work products in the PDM system.

  • Contractual data markings and management.
  • Providing deliverables to stakeholders on time.
  • Generating and analyzing metrics for data delivery performances.
  • Supporting program meetings and training sessions.
  • Handling Company and U.S. government Intellectual Property (IP).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in data management or customer support/service roles.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Team collaboration, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading skills.

Salary: $64,000 - $128,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
