The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is essential for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. CDM includes multiple disciplines such as Effector CM (ECM), Data Management (DM/DEX), Software Configuration Management (SWCM), and Sensor CM (SCM), contributing throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Summary

The Data Management, Engineering Support, and Execution (DEX) department is hiring a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services, Senior Data Manager. This is an onsite role based in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Manager, you will:
- Identify and manage data deliverables within a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Coordinate with the Program Office to ensure data compliance and secure programmatic approvals.
- Review and manage sub-tier contractor data submissions, incorporating them into prime contractor deliverables.
- Secure non-deliverable program work products and ensure configuration control in the PDM system.

Duties Include:

- Reading and understanding contract deliverables.
- Managing data deliverable schedules for timely customer delivery.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proofreading data for compliance.

Development Opportunities

In this role, you will:
- Learn contractually required data markings.
- Run forecast reports for stakeholders.
- Provide metrics on data deliveries and dispositions.
- Review and approve sub-tier supplier statements.
- Support program meetings and provide training.
- Handle and protect Intellectual Property (IP) and classified information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines and a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Two years’ experience in data management or a customer support/service role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts.
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DIDs, DoD Instruction 5230.24, and NISPOM.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional proofreading skills.
