Your Mission:

As a pivotal member of our Analytics Enablement Team, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role involves building and maintaining robust data pipelines and systems, optimizing data flow and collection to improve data reliability, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to design and implement innovative analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, ensuring organized data accessibility for analytics teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our data reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all data pipelines and reports.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

What You Will Bring:

Your deep passion for video games and proficiency in data engineering will be crucial. You will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for complex dataset querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our competitive salary range for this role is $92,920 - $171,814 annually, complemented by a robust suite of benefits including health care, 401(k), and wellness programs. You will also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
