Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders like Netflix Games Studio and Games Strategy teams to refine and define data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of analytical tools, reports, and dashboards, serving a spectrum of company teams.
  • Uncover actionable insights through proactive data exploration and analytical evaluations.
  • Function as a critical link between business needs and technological capabilities, enhancing data-driven decision-making processes throughout the company.
  • Drive independent projects ranging from quick-win analytic tools to large-scale, robust analytic systems.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven expertise (5+ years) in managing complex data sets, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
  • Strong command over data visualization tools such as Tableau and excellent communication skills.
  • An adaptable and visionary professional comfortable with navigating ambiguous scenarios.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A strong alignment with the dynamic and inclusive culture at Netflix.

What We Offer:

Netflix is committed to offering competitive compensation without bonuses. Our salary range for this role lies between $170,000 and $720,000 based on experience and market standards. Employees can also opt-in for stock options annually.
