About the Role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll be part of our advanced Data team, tasked with crafting machine learning models and AI solutions that disrupt traditional debt collection practices. Your work will involve developing and deploying robust data pipelines and integrating complex datasets to enhance our operations and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy data pipelines using Python, adhering to best practice DevOps principles.
• Enhance data literacy across the company through continuous analytics improvements.
• Manage large-scale data integration projects and foster a speed-oriented culture within the team.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies, preferably Snowflake, and orchestration tools like Dagster.
• Strong understanding of data structure, modelling, and Git version control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud service platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and automated testing within data pipeline deployment.
• Knowledge of event-oriented data structures and transformation tools such as dbt.
