Career Opportunity: Senior Analytics Engineer

As a passionate Analytics Engineer, you'll join our Data Engineering team to enhance business intelligence and empower decision-making across the company. Utilizing your expert SQL and data modeling skills, you will tackle complex challenges, making data more accessible and actionable.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize data models using SQL and dbt in a cloud-based data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business users and data analysts to refine and expand data architectures.
• Implement new data structures to broaden insight accessibility and enhance business understanding.
• Manage tools for data discovery and cataloging to improve organizational transparency.
• Enhance and scale existing data models and reporting mechanisms to meet evolving needs.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

• Proven experience (3+ years) in roles such as Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL scripting and dbt coding within cloud-based data warehouses.
• Ability to handle complex data requirements independently and communicate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with data quality, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting within ETL frameworks.

Preferred Experience

• Deep expertise in data warehouse cataloging and effectively deploying dbt data models through CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in integrating large-scale data sources with modern analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Mixpanel.
